When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact information, address or postcode, and a description of your project. We do not collect anything you do not give us.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you proceed to a commission, to deliver the project. We will not sell your information, and we will not use it for marketing without your permission.
Our website uses a minimal number of cookies for basic site function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
We share your details only with the people inside our studio who need them to do their work — designers, the workshop, and the installation team. Where suppliers or contractors are involved in a specific commission, you will be told.
If a commission proceeds, we retain project records for the life of the cabinetry — typically a minimum of seven years — for warranty and aftercare reasons. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted on request.
