How We Work

From the first conversation to the final fitting.

Four stages, sequenced in our hands from start to finish. No subcontracted design. No white-label manufacture. No third-party installation crews.

  1. Consultation at home

A designer visits your property. We discuss the wardrobe, the architecture, and the way you would like the room to feel. Initial measurements are taken on the spot. No fee, no obligation.

  2. Drawings & quotation

We return with scale drawings, materials samples, and a full quotation — design fee, manufacture, and installation, in a single number. Most commissions go through three or four iterations before sign-off.

  3. Workshop manufacture

Cabinetry is built in our own workshop. Doors, drawers, panels, and ironmongery are all hand-finished. Each piece is inspected and signed off before it leaves the floor.

  4. Installation at your address

Our installation team fits the joinery, scribes to walls and ceilings, and tests every door, drawer, lock, and light. The room is left clean, dressed, and ready to use.

  5. Aftercare

We are available afterwards. Adjustments, additions, and reconfigurations are all considered part of the relationship — not a separate transaction.
